Light chatter, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and warm smiles encircling three or four tables pushed together in hopes all the chairs would be filled this morning–that’s what you can expect at the Grandview Fellowship Breakfast! Hosted at Bob Evans in Bel Air, this Fellowship Breakfast, previously known as the Lawrence and Dot Watters’ Breakfast, has been meeting every last Tuesday of the month for over 15 years. Church members of all ages–from the tiniest infant to the sagest elder–have fed their bellies and souls during this casual outing. The gatherings have filled the restaurant with bustling conversation, shared testimonies, belly laughs, and most importantly, prayer. Led by Betty Spencer, this event aims to unite the body of Christ in friendship and fellowship, forging deeper relationships than those formed in the 15 minutes after Sunday service. So, if Tuesday, September 30 at 9:30 a.m. is open on your calendar, pencil in the Grandview Fellowship Breakfast and meet your new friends in faith!
